Rule changes for upcoming season. The UND goal in Fargo would of counted this year. Oh well. Funny they show a Gopher diving in their emphasis on calling more diving calls.

Nice article - thanks for posting JT!Jimtown guy wrote: ↑Thu Sep 28, 2017 5:37 pm GF Herald predictions

Per the article:
"Don’t be surprised if… Minnesota State-Mankato earns a No. 1 seed in the NCAA tournament for the second time in four years. The Mavs are loaded with talent and veterans."
The Mav's first three games: 1 vs SCSU @ home (10/7) & then 2 @ BU (10/13 & 10/14). They will need to beat Cloud & then win at least one of two @ BU for the above to have any chance of happening. Their other non-conference games are a home & away versus UMD (11/25 & 1/23 - a fucking Tuesday night???) and @ SCSU on Jan 20th. The WCHA will also have to have a much better winning percentage in it's non-conference games (the .279 last year was horrible).

We kissed the sister last night.
the tv issue is so fcking stupid. and of course there are options around it.
I have heard that the big 10 is trying to figure out how to sch hockey/basketball between teams at same time, which could lead to tue/wed/thurs games???

UND game bout put me to sleep like the crowd. No energy to speak of. But it's a W. Bemidji St crushes UMD 5-2.

well lots of the empty seats are sold, but the vendors have to be pissed for the drop in sales.
Today should be a stellar crowd with a 3pm start?

I remember when Gopher hockey was a big deal.
Mariucci was always packed and rocking for the WCHA games. I'd never miss a game.
Now I could give two shits less and the atmosphere is absolutely dreadful at the rink. It's NEVER full.
Fucking Big 10 shit.
