So, the Padres are willing to take on Vazquez at 10 million, but want to trade Cease at 13 million due to salary concerns. I call bullshit on both.

The thing that is just baffling to me is that they still haven't sold ad space on the uniform. The average is around 7-8 million a year. That's 15 million more dollars they could have had coming in the past two years. I don't get it.
