I've had more than enough of Vazquez. Give the kid a shot. Reminds me of when they first called up Nick Gordon. He never even got in a game before they sent him back down. And the 2021 Twins were awful.

louie's given up nine hits--but this lineup is averaging six plus runs a game. no walks--and he should've been out of the first without giving up any runs. rocco should be able to get another inning out of him tonight. i think this start is encouraging.

i guess the O's are averaging five and a half runs per game. not six plus. they lead the AL in that department though. a couple of mistakes with location and they made varland pay. he pitched ahead in the count for the most part though. he'll get another start for sure after tonight.
