What pisses me off the most is that his salary will be a pain in the ass for the amount of production we’re getting from him (or lack of production).

yep. they're bullying the wolves. maybe if they can get a punch in themselves the bully will back down. until then--they're just toying with the wolves.

they can't be falling behind by double digits in the first quarter. that's where finch needs to put the focus on. play better at the start.
