still a bummer i think that we get in games like this where we maybe could blow out a team early and get the deep bench some actual minutes - but it doesn't seem to ever go that way. 12 win team with multiple rotational guys out - and our deep bench gets the final 2 minutes. this matters if we ever need one of those guys. counting KAT coming back for the playoffs - we'll have a nine man rotation - the tenth guy would be JMac, and as well as he's played, it's weird to think he'd be sitting for the playoffs. but it's nice to have someone who has played as well as he has at that tenth spot. but then after that we have literally zero game experience. what if, one of our bigs goes down for 2-3 games in the playoffs. Luka has the most experience, but that's still less than 100 minutes this season! We'd probably be using TJ because he's a vet - but he hasn't really shown much yet that suggests he's got his mojo back - and he's hardly played in two years. Just wish we would have taken care of business better this year in clearly winnable games so that the end of our bench was so terrifically green.

it was an off night--but he was on the floor when they went on the 16-2 run to close out the third quarter. wolves never looked back after that. he still had an impact and he got to rest the whole 4th quarter. he should be ready to roll on friday.

FWIW, and I'm not deep diving into the stat, I'm sure someone here can, but Anthony Edwards has scored single digits six times this year, and the Wolves are five and one when he has.

Last night they said one game is when he played against Memphis and played 3 minutes, but someone else will have to do the deep dive to see what the other five games were.

Much like the wolves are still winning even though KATs out (unlike many expressed at the beginning of the KAT injury thread), I think this team is good enough to win against anybody, even on an off night by Ant.

Nice bench the Wolves have.
