i was really frustrated with Ant's missed shot with 23 seconds to go and us up by 3. Not that he airballed a three, but that he launched it with 10 seconds still left on the shot clock. Have to be more situationally aware there.

Feels like nobody had a great game but this is an incredibly difficult team to beat as long as they stay dialed in on defense.

horton's been talking about this for awhile--but FTs and points are down in the second half of the season. they're not getting the calls they did earlier. he got fouled earlier when he made a basket and didn't get the call. i thought the contact was marginal at best on his T. probably got hit--but he's got to keep quiet. KA scored on the put back and it's negated by half with the complaining.

Jmac and conley missed bunnies. the warriors missed a couple too though. the three out of four missed FTs by Ant and conley in the third quarter hurt.

Some of the best non-Ant 4th quarter minutes of the season. NAW/Conley/Gobert/SloMo/Morris. Wolves couldn't get points out of anybody but Ant and Naz in the first half. Just went on a run to flip the 4th Q lead without either one in the game.

Gobert was pumped about Anderson's contest of that Thompson 3, and he pointed at the Wolves bench as if they'd scouted it/knew it was coming. That missed shot locked up the game. Major props from the Wolves players in the locker room for Wolves assistant Micah Nori, who apparently drew up Golden State’s final play (for the Klay 3) in the Wolves huddle during the timeout.

They've been playing really well in those early 4th quarter no-Edwards minutes lately.


Earlier in the year, the team was dreadful on offense when there was no Edwards or Towns on the court. They've fixed that.

Those two FTs Rudy hit late in the game were huge. Been a fun last couple of games.

The Wolves have shot 40-or-more 3s in 9 games this season, and 4 of those 9 games have been in the 9 game since KAT has been out. Finch when asked about the Wolves taking 40 3s again tonight and making 21 of them: "I’ve always been a big believer that the shooting comes from the spacing. If we space well and we create the right advantages, then we should be able to get to the right shots from the three-point line. Naz has committed to taking eight threes a game. Ant took eight. So guys are just committed to taking the three, and particularly when it’s been created for them. We haven’t made a conscious decision to say hey we need to shoot more threes because Kat’s not here. It’s a by-product of our spacing."
