wolves outscore the jazz by 39 points from beyond the arc. back to back season high games in points for bite-bite. Ant with an efficient 30 plus point game. even though Naz wasn't above 30 percent from three he made four of them and had 22 points and 12 boards. he said the days off were a factor in the threes not falling at a higher rate.

we overpaid. 5 years/$136M. Matisse got a 3 year/$33M deal. And as a defensive specialist - If he can't stay on the court guarding who the Jazz had rostered tonight, then I have to think he's learned little in 4 years. i don't buy the "he is what he is" reasoning. If that's the case, then we badly overspent.

Very curious if refs let the game get more physical in the playoffs (as they traditionally have) if that means Jaden's performances will improve.

I don’t think we “badly” overspent. We may have paid a little too much, but he’s a good player.

i'm disheartened seeing his struggles on O - especially last night against a bunch of reserves on a bad a team. you can say he missed having Karl out there - but Mike was having a great game, Ant always has big gravity - and Naz is much more an offensive threat than Rudy. That he scores 8 points - with virtually nothing else on his box except 5 fouls in 21 minutes against that Utah team - no... not good. This was a night where he should have gotten himself back on track. When you read the draft write-ups of Virginia's Ryan Dunn - does it make sense to draft him in the second round - where he'll likely be - and look to move Jaden in the offseason? Start NAW at the 3 with Dunn backing him up.
