Sacramento (33-25) ventures into God's Country tonight to take on our Timberwolves (42-17). Tip off is at 7 PM.

Minnesota, first in the West, has strung together an impressive run of victories (without playing their best) - going 8-2 over the last ten. The Kings, meanwhile, have been in a slide (4-6 in the last ten) and currently reside in 8th place. They still possess a high-powered offense with six players averaging in double figures - so they have a number of ways to hurt you on that end. Of special note is the improving play of second year F Keegan Murray, and the steady play of Sixth Man of the Year candidate Malik Monk. Both team's backcourt stars, Anthony Edwards and De'Aaron Fox, have been dealing with injuries - but while Fox sat out their 21 point loss to Denver on Wednesday - Edwards played through his injury in both of the last games, hitting for 34 in each of the wins.




The Timberwolves are favored by 6.5 points.

Sacramento - De'Aaron Fox is Questionable. Sasha Vezenkov is Out. Jordan Ford, Jalen Slawson and Colby Jones are all on G League assignment.

We really struggle against sac for whatever reason. Quick guards usually hurt.
And it’s a team you neeed to grab every loose ball and rebound to not let extra possessions happen which we kinda suck at.

Kings are one of the most intelligent, if not the most intelligent, collective set of players, in the league. Wolves athleticism advantage and all that jazz goes out the window because they're dumb. IQ difference is massive. Coaching difference, too.
