If you look at him as being the replacement for Reaves, that’s definitely a great move for the Wild.

Wild have 3 home games before the all star break and one would have to say that our boys need to win a minimum of 2 and hopefully all 3 if they want to maintain any hope of a playoff birth....

Not sure how I feel about the idea of them fighting to make the playoffs knowing they'll likely get curb-stomped by WPG, COL or DAL.

I get what you're saying 100%. I hate even the thought of thinking they should tank while they have a shot at the playoffs, but the inevitable result still lurks in the back of my mind.

But that's what just leads to mediocrity.

The mediocre teams are always mediocre.

"Just make the playoffs and who knows".

That might be the case in football, where it's one and done, but in 5 and especially 7 game series, it's going to be so hard for a team like the Wild to make a deep run.

To be honest, I was getting a little disgusted at all the passing around in the short 5 on 3.

Dammit...Bagosian gets the instigator penalty there. I appreciate what he was trying to do in standing up for KK but with the way they are calling things now players have GOT to wait until a later time to go after the guy.
