Wolves have a PG Problem
Conley is washed at 36 years old. He’s like a skinner version of Kyle Lowry. Just washed. Jumper is unreliable and he’s just tiny at 6 ft 170lbs. Can’t defend, can’t do much
Jmac fan favorite but he’s even smaller at 5’10.
Naw and Kyle can handle at times but neither are point guards.
Shake isn’t a point guard. He’s a score first guy whose looking for his own shot first.
The decision making on this team is just horrible. Not going anywhere anytime soon without leadership and direction.
Ant is great but his decision making still sucks.
We need to make a trade. Most likely after December 15.

It’s Rubio even with the Cavs currently? I thought he borderline retired.
He’s also not the answer. At all.

Troy brown sucks
He’s like the shooter we sign every year that isn’t going to play.
Brynn Forbes, James Nunally, Allan Crabbe
Wendell Moore hasn’t shown anything in 3 years. I surprised we picked up his 4th year option.

Of course. Just saying we need to find a future PG sooner than later or this season is going down fast.
Too bad we don’t have any draft picks. I’d love to get Tyus from the Wizards.

We picked up Moore's option because it's barely more than the vet minimum and we need tradeable contracts. It's not that confusing.

I agree on the pg stuff. Conley just doesn’t do anything at this point other than he’s not a me first chucker like DLo.UnFadeable21 wrote: ↑Mon Oct 30, 2023 9:04 pmRubio is not the answer

I mean seriously. Rubio?
Maybe KG has something left in the tank too!

Glen dies. KG buys the team, signs himself, wants to recreate that dunk on Blake griffin served up from Ricky…Ricky says he’ll return, but only if his fellow Spaniard can come with and bring his baby bro.Moses Scurry wrote: ↑Mon Oct 30, 2023 9:22 pmI mean seriously. Rubio?

KG sends the Frenchman back to France, literally and viva Sota.

Re: Wolves have a PG Problem
To be clear, i still prefer Conley over DLO. Is it the answer i want for this team? Not remotely. But it was the best option at the deadline.

Tyus is averaging 15-8 as a starter for the wiz
That would be perfect for the wolves

Tyus' +/- is -14 on the year. He's not a terrible player by any means but over 82 games, he's a liability defensively and not sure he could hold up. He's averaged 19 minutes over his career and only played 82 games once.

In defense, most of their roster this season is a liability on D.Moses Scurry wrote: ↑Mon Oct 30, 2023 10:13 pm Tyus' +/- is -14 on the year. Re: Wolves have a PG Problem
so you've made this decision about Troy brown Jr after 19 minutes of PT over three games? the guy who started 45 games last year for a team that finished with a better record than us? good work.UnFadeable21 wrote: ↑Mon Oct 30, 2023 9:02 pmTroy brown sucks

the main reason we're 1-2 right now is because our generational scoring C is averaging 15 ppg on 37% from the field. i agree that Conley needs to step it up, but he can't shoot KAT's shots for him.
There is little difference between the memory of a real event and the memory of a dream.

The GM needs to be fired.
Bring back the Argentinian that screwed the secretary at work, some of his moves atleast panned out.

When I was messing with the trade machine earlier, the Jones brothers were the closest I could find to go after. Tyus at $14 million isn't awful. Tre at $10 million, but can't be traded yet. Nembard or Dyson Daniels were two others, but both are very young. Team needs someone this dipshit roster will follow. They have zero heart.

Mike Conley suppose to be a vet and teammate whisperer
Calm the team down, run offense and get an easy bucket to stop the hawks momentum instead dude was jacking 3’s like he’s Steph curry.
Almost done with this dude

Mike Conley's been trash for about six or seven seasons now. The only reason he gets any slack here is because he's a nice guy and he is not D'Angelo Russell.

He’s like the opposite problem of DLo. DLo will shoot you right out of a game. Conley I barely know is on the court.irishman89 wrote: ↑Mon Oct 30, 2023 11:30 pm Mike Conley's been trash for about six or seven seasons now. Maybe Fade would like for us to bring Covington back now too. Give him a shot at running the point.

conley was bad early in the 4th quarter when they most needed him to be good. team got flustered then played panic ball. terrible. conley as the most veteran of players and the PG needs to do better.
