2003 Ford Ranger

I’m looking for a 4x4 truck to do some off roading and camping on blm land. There’s an 03 Ford Ranger with off road and towing package. less than 80k miles on it for $13k. No rust, no accidents. The ride seemed smooth, gears shifted nicely. No leaks. Should I buy it?
