Smoked Meatloaf

Post by Rusty Kuntz »

Anyone make a smoked meatloaf before? I’m doing it now.

2.25lbs ground beef
1 onion grated
4 garlic cloves
1 jalapeño diced
2 eggs
1 pack stove top stuffing
1/2 cup bbq sauce
Little bit of milk
Swiss cheese

All mixed up, formed into a loaf, and wrapped in bacon. I then glazed the bacon in BBQ sauce. I put it on the Traeger at 225 + super smoke and set the probe to 160-165. Should take 3-4 hours

Only way I make it. I make sriracha bourbon ketchup for it.

1 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons bourbon
2 tablespoons sriracha or more
2 tablespoons dark brown sugar

Have you tried smoking deviled eggs?

They're the fucking bomb!

You'll snub your nose to all other deviled eggs.
