1) Piss exactly the right people off
2) Aren't there to make friends
3) Don't give a shit if you like them or not
4) Are there to win, period.

All I would say about those guys is for the most part they're very well-respected by their peers. When Brooksy was paired with Paul Casey for last year's PGA Championship, and he quickly fell out of contention but Casey was making a run, per Paul Casey his biggest cheerleader/encourager for the rest of that round was none other than Brooks Koepka. I thought that was cool as hell. That tells you what kind of guy he really is.

Brooks is literally the only pro I see right now who comes anywhere close to the Tiger/MJ/Kobe mentality.

Bryson actually might be close too, which is why I like him. He’s just a dork socially though.

is the big problem bryson's deliberate play? koepka likes to play fast and i saw this tweet from boomer esiason on sunday. phil was playing pretty deliberate too and that can take a fast player out of his rhythm. it's hard to play at a hurry up and wait pace when you just want to go up and hit it and move forward.
