You people deserve to watch bad basketball.
Why would we want Ricky Rubio back. Flip didn't want him, Smitch didn't want him, Thibs finally got rid of him and now the Jazz have seen enough.

For me it would depend how much Rubio would cost. If we could survive with a cheap duo of Tyus and Rubio and spend everywhere else, I guess I wouldn't be against it.

Re: Conley-Rubio-Teague
You bring Rubio in and he's a 2 year guy. And you certainly don't trade for him. Get him on a good deal for 2 and a TO and you can maximize Teague's value at the draft, Offseason, or deadline. You also have a good vet bridge if we do have to draft a PG next year. And let's not forget that Wigs best years are with Rubio spoon feeding him in a Saunders offense.
Our only PG chance in this draft is to hit a grand slam in the 2nd round. I expect Teague to have a bounce back year but it would be damn nice to have someone who can step in for him if we move him at the deadline. Best possible outcome is he redeems more value than just expiring and we can do our "FA" shopping a half a year early. Then we have a backup to step up and lead us in the playoffs.

I just want a front office that doesn't sign, draft, trade for players who we make worse because they don't fit. Have a vision for once and make sure every player fits it. If not then what's the point? You can get a top 100 guy off a team that's not using him right and turn him into top 50 in one game. Just use him right and make sure he fits with what you have.T_J wrote: ↑Fri May 24, 2019 12:07 pmGotta have a good front office to acquire top 10 talent like that.HeHateMe wrote: ↑Fri May 24, 2019 11:03 amJimmy Butler was jack squat?Moses Scurry wrote: ↑Fri May 24, 2019 10:35 am Jrue is the dream but will never happen as this team never acquires jack squat.

Rubio isn't a good pg. Trading him for a 1st was one of the few good moves made by Thibs. Rubio would have been a great PG in the 90s

Teague was trash long before he dawned a wolves jersey. You dumbasses were so hypersensitive over his shooting that you thought Teague was a god send. Teague was, is, and will always be a chump. Tyus’ make a wish dream is nearly over, only sustained by Jeffrod Teacups incompetence

Re: Conley-Rubio-Teague
It appears that Memphis is committed to taking Ja with the #2 pick .... so why are we having this discussion? They are not looking for another PG.
Teague is the only one of the three to be an All Star (2015).
Teague has been to nine playoffs (71 games)
Conley has been to six playoffs (56 games)
Rubio has been to two playoffs (11 games)

A couple years ago I said he'd be out of the league after this contract. I have no clue who would sign him to be their starter. Chicago?UnFadeable21 wrote: ↑Sun Jun 02, 2019 3:29 pm Ricky Rubio: "Utah has already made me know I'm not a priority for them“

Re: Conley-Rubio-Teague
I was thinking about this earlier today. I couldn't think of a team what would offer more than a one year minimum deal. No team should want him as a starter. Does he go to Europe now? China?T_J wrote: ↑Sun Jun 02, 2019 5:27 pmA couple years ago I said he'd be out of the league after this contract. I have no clue who would sign him to be their starter. We already saw what Rubio, Wiggins and Towns did together.. Nothing! Saric is a turd.

Darren Collison would be a good pickup for this team. Those are curious PG rankings.
