Is it a firm no on the "no trades" rule? Obviously including players becomes far too complex, but how about just trading picks for picks?

Like if Bos wanted to package 14 & 20 to move into the Top 10.

I always say one mock with trades, one without. The with trades is kinda dumb but fun I suppose.

I think pick only trades should be allowed with the commissioner approving final deal.
