 I didnt even know there was a Randles Restaurant (crap name, just call it Randles). Which probably says something. 9th and nicolette aint a terrible location, but competition is fierce down there and the restaurant game is brutal. I'm guessing there was a reason it only lasted a year.

On an unrelated note some enchiladas sound good. Might have to head out for some Mexican.....

Affirmative. That is the locatation where his radiator hose introduced itself to Falen’s mouth. I have it on good authority that Falen performed a rimjob on the same occasion as well.

It was often empty and no one sitting outside in front of it whenever I rode past it last year.

How many ex-athletes tried to open up restaurants around here anyways? I know Joe Sensers, Matt Birk tried, Matt Kalil, Randle... Did Lurtsema ever? I'm sure I'm missing a few.

most of the time it is one of the 5 major local groups that simply get the player to put his name on a concept.

I flew on a plane once and sat behind him. Man is huge. The flight crew treated him like a major celebrity and he was very gracious. A class act to all on board that wanted to say hello and get autographs.

“Superstar” mike Morris had his name on a bar in St Cloud for a time. Many an underage Huskies hockey player drank there.

If Randle couldn't stand a chance against the Wayzata football team then how on earth could you expect him to compete with a franchised mexican restaurant?

Why do celebs continually try and fail at the restaurant biz??

There can't be any money to be made, all said and done. Margins are so thin, ee's payroll, ee's takin tips, etc. Nothing good can come of that business.

They had good food there. I went there for lunch 3-4 times. It's big though and seemed dead as shit. Maybe it got busy at night time, but I doubt it.

Do you have more details? Was this for her Mouth meets Minneapolis youtube show? Their catch phrase is they will put anything in their mouth.
