No chance of winning..just trying to get the Cubs to settle for PR purposes.
I personally hate this type of lawsuit..the Cubs can't win, even though the lawsuit has no merit.

I have never liked the Cubs going back to 1984 when they had a good season and I hung out in bars and they hated the Twins for no reason but then the Twins won 2 WS Titles. The Cubs still need to win another WS to tie the Royals and Twins. Lol
