I don't know how this guy is still sitting there, but I don't think he should be.

At #109, we'll grab Serge Ibaka.

PG: Chris Paul
SG: Gary Harris
SF: Giannis Antetokounmpo
PF: Paul Millsap
C: Serge Ibaka

With the 110th pick of the Froob Draft the Miami Heat run to the podium to select Justise Winslow and bring him home! I don't regret my trade up earlier at all, almost took Winslow with my last pick am thrilled to be able to put him on my roster here! Solid two way wing who adds ball handling, shooting, and is another plus passer added to this roster. Of the 3 and D mold, but offers more as he was the actual Heats defacto point guard last year. Adds to a very versatile 5 guys I have acquired. Like Winslow giving minutes at 4 spots and possibly giving grade A defense on 1-4's.

C. Jonas Valanciunas/LaMarcus Aldridge
PF LaMarcus Aldridge/Justise Winslow
SF Justise Winslow/Luka Doncic
SG Luka/Doncic/D'Angelo Russell
PG D'Angelo Russell/Luka Doncic/Justise Winslow

Great pick as a center. Just read an article that said his shift this season to the 5 was the key to his resurgence. Still plays to his strengths while basically reducing the situations he has trouble with now due to age, loss of athleticism, etc. No longer a great PF, but now a really good C.

This is where it starts to get interesting. I feel like your 5th pick maybe 4th through about your 8th man is where you can either jump out ahead and make a really strong team or just completely fuck everything up.

A very nice run on some solid selections.

I really liked the Beverly pick. I think that's a pretty good steal for 5th round. Ibaka too.

Yep the other guys win championships. Everyone has a couple guys that can really play, this is where you build a real competent roster that checks all the boxes. The best players are nothing without key dirty work guys that can do it with efficiency!

Again, after an injury plagued season I'm going to grab a dude that would normally be gone far before the 6th round. It's a play for now rather than the future. After filling out a defensive-minded group with solid offensive contributors in the starting five, I'll add this guy off the bench.

With the next pick

Dallas Mavericks select....

C Enes Kanter

Gives me a guy who can play at the 4 and 5. Another gritty competitor who has a nice offensive game. There were big men taken long ago who Kanter is just as good as imo. Also a top 50 ranked player on NBA 2K.

PG Conley/Beverley
SG Hield

C Ayton/Kanter

Love Kanter the human being, don't mind him on offense, but that defense is atrocious.

Sergeant Rubetube’s team started out pretty good. But his last two picks are curious. Ayton and Kanter might be the worst defensive pairing I’ve ever seen as far as bigs. And I don’t love the spacing the more I look. But Lebron and Conley is a nice 1-2

I don't plan on Kanter as my starting 4. He's my backup C which is a nice backup C imo.

Beverley and Kanter is a damn good start to my bench imo.

I know I don't have a starting PF yet. I haven't found anyone else I really like there so I have started building my bench. Team isn't built yet.

It's easy to find some bigs who play defense in the later rds imo.

Portis is the only PF that interests me that much on the board and he's pretty meh imo.

There I edited his name from my starting 4. Maybe that was causing confusion. I just put him there since it was a open slot.

Also, I guess it depends how you are looking at this but "Spacing" doesn't mean shit in a NBA 2K simulation. This has been a different draft knowing we are going that route. Every player on my squad is top 50 in the game other than Beverley. I'm trying to build a team I like and one that will win the simulation.

If Enes Kanter is a top 50 NBA player on NBA 2K then we need to find a better way to determine our champion.

He's ranked a 81. Wiggins is a 80

Nope. Those are the rules now. Some of us drafted with this in mind.

Same reasons guys like Wall, Klay, Durant etc.. Were allowed to be drafted.

Edit: Made a mistake. He is ranked 75. Good value here still.

No kidding. Why don't we just get a NBA2k rating booklet and draft off that. Ifthat's the only determination of the best team here I honestly don't care about this draft much.
