Which is why I love them. Their style of play is the most entertaining in the league over the last few years. I've always hated the back em down iso bully ball bullshit of LeBron and Kobe.

Sharing the ball, high level skill, and movement is how the game should be played.

I’m bummed. The Warriors are crazy good, obviously. But I have a good feeling about game 6. Raps in 6. Then back to TDot for a hell of a party.

I kinda am won over by players like Klay. It's that they have soooo much top end talent. It does make it hard to root for them past the Durant thing.
If they didn't have Draymond, they'd be easier to root for..
Also.. wtf was Nurse thinking stopping his own momentum and not using a timeout for the last play?

The Draymond overrated crowd USUALLY(key word) doesn’t know shit about basketball. They don’t understand what he does that makes his team win. Close out on an open shooter in the corner? They probably couldn’t tell you what a close out is.

Good play by Draymond? Maybe. An atrocious possession with an eternity on the clock though.

That looked like a last possession under Thibs.

It was almost liked they used that TO to celebrate. Right when they called it I felt it was "Scripted" player's cheering, shots of the fans going wild. Very odd moment indeed.

Like I said earlier. YOU CUT THE HEAD OFF THE SNAKE!!

In a way, probably wouldn't have been right for Toronto to win the title after KD potentially just blew his Achilles. I think if there was only one day of rest instead of 2, they'd win game 6, but GS will pull that out.

Can't wait for game 7.

What a weird ending. I'm still baffled by the timeout. Nick Nurse turned into Drew Carey, briefly. This could get interesting...

100% agreed. Opinions on Draymond and the Warriors typically clear up whether that person has a clue what they're talking about and are worth listening to. Don't have to be a fan, but if you don't see the value, you're probably a moron.

The thing about KD's injury and free agency is he actually has a player's option. Obviously everyone assumed he'd opt out, but with the injury it might be smart for him to opt in and rehab with the Warriors making $31.5mil next season, then be a UFA in 2020.

Which means he's probably healthy late next year just in time for the playoffs. Warriors going to their 6th straight Finals.

He will be a 31 year old coming off an Achilles injury a year from now. Very high risk player now. He'll need tons of games off to stay healthy during his return season at minimum. We've seen the best of Kevin Durant. Tough to see these injuries, especially in the Finals.

Agreed. He would be a moron to opt in will GS for a year also. If he shows he doesn't have it or does come back late in the year, he could risk injury again.

Teams are going to be willing to pay him a maxed deal even with sitting out a year.

You go get that guaranteed money.

Reading some Knicks forums and many want to pass on him now. I would also.

It's the Knicks thing to do to sign a broken player though.

He's just at a age where I wouldn't want him after this. He will be 32 by the time he can play again with multiple leg, feet and now a Achilles injury.

The warriors org failed KD. Their team doctors told him, his injury couldn't get worse. It got worse.

I appreciate the best player in the league winning a title, hopefully. And the fact Toronto had the nuts to take that risk.
The city of Toronto is excited, but I think most of the rest of the NBA fans are more interested in this off-season.

I think 3+ weeks to complete the finals seems reasonable. Why not have more nights off than you actually play?
Both the NBA and NHL limp to the finish line by spacing the playoffs over 2 full months.
I stopped caring 3 weeks ago. Yuck.
