He's basically been slightly worse than Embiid this year
No.
Embiid is DPOY material and has played that way all year.
Maybe Embiid's intensity and flamboyance help the eye test, but statistically Towns actually grades out equal to better.
Towns, who is a pussy, warm and soft, hot and cold, has had considerable improvement, he is better than ever, no doubts! He is still however a mental Little Person and is screwed when it comes to toughness and may fade. Give him time this may be different, I hope it may be.

Wolves fans still aren’t voting for Towns for the all star game. He’s not even in the top 10 for front court players
Pretty sad considering it's easier than ever to vote. If you Google his name, all you have to do next is click "vote."

Glad to see you're still kind of an idiot.
I have always been an idiot in some capacity, but pointing it out on this doesn't exactly prove that.

... Just voted thanks to this. I had no idea!
I have been voting everyday, but not for Towns. Main reason, I don't want to make that contract larger than need be. He has been playing good though.

They’re both incredible players and very comparable in terms of overall impact on games.
Towns is a significantly better 3pt shooter which is huge in today’s nba.
Embiid gets to the ft line twice as often, which is also huge.
At least over the previous 2 seasons, Embiid was far ahead of Towns in impact. Embiid's defense has not been as good this season, which could be a result of an increased work load on offense and also losing Covington but more reliable stats than the ones posted still show that Embiid has a solid advantage defensively over Towns even with Towns improvement and Embiid's regression.

Tell the rest of the Team to get on his back!!!!
Incredible #’s.
Once we get our second best player back we should definitely be a more competitive team. KAT desperately needs other starters that can lighten the load.

what do we have here boys? a small sample size of data from the 2019-20 MVP? time to dream and then howl for what could be coming down the pike next year.

Just get us a long term good PG, and I'd be happy.
PG
Okogie/Wiggins
Bob/Wiggins
Saric (needs to be consistent)
Towns
I'd love to keep Rose and Gibson on this team. Gibson/Saric is a matchup start. I like Rose, Wiggins, and Gibson/Saric against backups.
But we absolutely need a secondary playmaker in the starting lineup. Could be a PG or a wing. Don't care which. But someone like that needs to fall to us in the draft. And Teague needs to go away. Please, don't pick up your option, Jeff. Go away!
