The 9ers OL help need is mainly on the right side, and Kingsley had a year under his belt at RT prior to transferring to the blind side this past season.
Thus, he gets the nod here over the other comparably rated OT prospects, as they don't have the right side experience.

He also still has prototypical size/length/movement skills, and is an incredibly hard worker, so there is also still upside that he could swing over to LT and eventually take over for Trent.

Overview: Interior offensive linemen rarely get top billing but Haynes deservedly earned plenty of credit at UConn, becoming the first Husky of the FBS era at any position to ever earn All-American honors in back to back seasons. He started a total of 49 games at guard for the Huskies, beginning his career at left guard but becoming a star on the other side over the past three years for former NFL head coach Jim Mora Jr. Haynes' stellar college career continued at the Senior Bowl, where he was one of the week's most impressive blockers.

Patriots drafted Drake Maye to a barren offensive roster. As much as Jarod Mayo would like to build a defense, you don't draft a QB 3 overall and then not build around him.

So a young QB needs protection and targets. New England has very little of either (no offense, KJ Osborn). I don't love the WR value here and think there is good depth in later rounds, but am resigned to the fact that Maye's elite target is probably a 2025 draft pick. So we go protection. We're into the 2nd tier of OL, but this guy is a legit prospect. He's had some injuries and isn't great against the run, but he's a very solid pass blocking LT and that's what the Patriots need in this mock.

I think the corners are a tough eval this draft. I think we’ve gotten the top guys right so far, but I have no idea what order they’ll come off the board. Wiggins could go much higher than this.

This seems like a good draft for the Vikings to trade their picks and get their QB. Some years in drafts we are still picking guys who could be first rd talents etc.. Seems we have already had a significant drop off at most positions.

I heard that there's less underclassmen this year, because the previous years had so many covid super seniors that this year's group of potential guys got pushed down their team's rotation.
So now they have to stay the extra year to make up their value.
