2024 Gophers Recruits

Isaac Asuma committed already. Gophers offered Grayson Grove from Alexandria last week when he visited.

Will be fun to watch Asuma and Grove on the AAU Circuit this year. I think Grove will end up being a Gopher, eventually.

I don't think Johnson will be here to coach this class. His program is an absolute dumpster fire.

Watching other new coaches flip their teams into respectability basically overnight via the portal is the most frustrating part (Iowa St., Penn St., etc.). I agree. If it wasn't for the insane buyout he might be gone already.

6'-8" Forward vs 6'-1" Guard. I guess both are white with acne, but the comparisons probably stop there...

Didn't want to start a new thread, but the I just saw their schedule and the NC games are pretty effing lame. USC Upstate is one opponent ffs.

Maybe Ben is all in this year. NIT or bust. Gotta get those W's. Weakest schedule in a long time. Especially without the BigTen/ACC challenge or a neutral site tourney with P5 teams.

Not Gopher related but GREAT tilt between Breck and Lake City. Breck hangs on for a tough fought 76-72 championship victory. Wisconsin bound Daniel Freitag was very good but not spectacular....

He's a showman. I'm always impressed with how he manages to find a camera while playing.

He's a showman. I'm always impressed with how he manages to find a camera while playing.
This is true, but there are plenty of other "look at me" young athletes out there. Many of them will end up falling on their faces when they move up to the collegiate or pro level. I'd expect Freitag to do pretty good though for the Badgers.
