Sports Illustrated has no mention of the Twins and Bellinger on their site. And Sports Illustrated isn't exactly the news source it used to be. They link up with stuff like Fansided and rinky-dink local sites like Bring Me The News to try and drive traffic. MN Sport News is about 20 rungs below Doogie on the media reliability ladder.
The original article is probably ''true'', in the loosest sense of the word. If the Twins want to spend significantly more $$ this offseason, I'm not sure they need to do it on another Left handed bat in the outfield, even one who is a significant upgrade.

Because Buxton is going to get injured for a significant amount of time.
Trees Make Great Neighbors
Sir Cort Godfrey of the Nessie Alliance summoned the help of Scotland's local wizards to cast a protective spell over the lake for the peaceful existence of our underwater ally.
It's been 32 years since one of MN's four major sports teams has been to the Championship/Superbowl.
Every single year is failure until we win one. 4 teams, 32 years. That's roughly 128 consecutive failed seasons.

Sonny Gray to undergo MRI on hamstring.
Apparently same one that kept him out for about a month with the Twins.
Falvey has to feel a little justified here.
At his age, for that money, I think most people were fine letting him (and Maeda) take a walk.
Replacing those guys with friggin Anthony Descalfani (and nothing else) is the big problem.

100%
I'm really hoping Paddack finds a way to stay healthy and helps solidify the middle of the rotation. I'd be happy with 130-140 IP.

Now just trade Correa for Snell. Saves money in the long run and gives you a better chance to win this year.
The Giants pulled the rip cord when they saw Correa's medicals. I doubt they want him at a year older.
