Vikes just signed DE Jonathan Greenard. It’ll be interesting to see what they gave him. Bye bye Hunter

#32 on PFT's top 100. 6'3... guess he's your OLB in a 3-4?

He's only 26 so he fits into the established pattern of getting younger guys in here who can be around for JJ's better days.

Seems like a solid signing. Would be nice to have him join Hunter, not replace him. More to come, I suppose.

Three down player. Not as good as Hunter, but good signing.

If he can stay healthy, this is a good signing. I said the same about Davenport last year though. I wonder if the Vikings are looking to bring him back also or if the rumors are true about him not wanting to play?

Better deal here than what Hunter is about to get.

If Hunter leaves, do the Vikes get a comp pick in 2025? I don't know that system at all.

If Hunter leaves, hope that it’s closer to $25M so Greenard doesn’t cancel out

I’m betting it’s $25M or higher, that’s why the Vikings went with Greenard.

Giving Greenard $19 million per is a gamble, but could end up being a steal.

I’m calling him Greenards.

Sort of like Menards and I’ll say it like that old bastard on the commercial did.
