I prefer the meat of a St. Louis rib to a baby back. Give me something to bite into.
Yea, I always buy spare ribs then cut off the rib tips and make a St. Louis cut.

I'll be posting Anthony LaPanta's Sunday night meal later tonight including the appetizers, beers/wine and desert.
To me Sundays should be steaks, burgers or roast.

A Friend of mine uses oddly shaped plates for his steaks. He's not gahey. I'll eat steak off a paper plate or even hold it like chicken in my hand.

Cub had Chicken Drumsticks on sale, got a 4lb pack for $7.82  I just fired up the Traeger, gonna smoke them at 220 for 2 hours and finish them off in the Ninja air fryer at 425 until it gets crispy then toss them in Franks Nashville Hot Sauce

I ended up smoking the drumsticks for just about 3 hours when they were 150 and finished them off in the air fryer for 5 min. The air fryer to crisp them up is a game changer. No more rubber skin! And I got lots of leftovers that I didn’t finish in the air fryer, I’ll use it to reheat it and crisp it

Nm, saw it was a Weber. I have a Nepolean. It supposedly as good as a Weber but with bette airflow. I honestly think they are pretty similar overall tho.

Nice. I like the convenience of my propane grill for steaks and my pit boss for nearly everything else. I use an old side burnbox style for ribs. For whatever reason, I can kill a couple racks with that old thing better than anything else, so I'm gonna keep it around until the fucker just rusts away. Lol

Pre-made burgers were on-sale at Cub. Bacon and cheddar. Grabbed a handful of asparagus from the garden. Made for a great dinner on the deck. Put down few Miller's. Grill on bros!!

The absolute best thing was the fire roasted pizzas! My brother inlaw brought his little oven. Thing was awesome! I need to get one of those things!!

The Munger clan grilled out in the backyard yesterday!

After dinner we all took turns reading aloud from the Bible!

Only downfall on a kettle is temp control and reloading wood for a long smoke and that is why I have never used it for brisket. Brisket goes on my double drum smoker.
I do start most everything I cook on the Weber with some smoke.
