There was a girl I liked from work, and I received word that she probably doesn't want to have any sort of relationship with me.
It was painful news, but now comes the growth!!

The growth has already started!!
I went in for my first 4am Monday workout in several months today.
I also ordered David Goggins' book "Can't Hurt Me" off Amazon.
It's reminds me of when I got knocked down in boxing once. I dreaded that kind of pain and humiliation so much, but then when it actually happened I realized that it didn't kill me, and I'm actually not really hurt that bad. Then you realize that you're actually a tough fuckin dude.
