Portland unleashing Anfernee Simons a bit, after using him as a bottom of the bench guy in his rookie season. Looks like he might have cracked their rotation...not sure if that's because they have been impressed with him, or just that they completely lack any depth at point behind Dame.

Was watching the Mavs v Knicks game in the 2nd half...for the longest time, I couldn't figure out what the crowd was chanting the whole half...sounded like "refs you suck, refs you suck!!!" but it would come at really weird times, when the refs weren't even part of the play. Finally figured out in the final seconds that they were chanting "Reg, you suck!" as Reggie Miller was commentating.

gotta love that after all these years, Reggie is still in their heads. Sad I didn't hear Reggie acknowledge it at all, I'd wear it as a badge of honor.

Jokic is such a potato. Very talented, but such a potato. He is sucking wind like 2 minutes into every game, with a shiny sweaty glaze over his fat body every game.

This dude might fall hard. Unreal half court player, but when a team decides to run (which is the trend now), he's so far out of the play, all the time.

When Denver brought in Hernangomez and a Plumlee in for Jokic, Denver started to roll. I'm really down on Jokic right now, especially after this game. He simply cannot keep up with the pace, which is why he played under 30 minutes tonight. Dude gets gassed every 5 minute stretch without a whistle.

TNT crew got on Embiid about his effort/lack of dominance. Pretty cool insight from that crew. Now watching the Philly/Boston game. Embiid playing tough. Philly was my East pick this year. Not sure they have enough perimeter ammo to knock out Milwaukee.

doc rivers leaving leonard on the bench for a minute too long imo. game tied and then lakers hit two threes to push the lead back up to six. he calls the TO and he better bring leonard in after-but he should have been in earlier. he's had plenty of rest doc. you're playing a 24-6 team-you have to play him a minute or two longer than you would against the grizzlies.

two possession game with 1.9 remaining. clippers hit free throws-wolves fans. 16-for their last 16 at the charity stripe. they proved to be just too tough for the lakers in the last half of the 4th quarter. and rivers got away with his rotation-resting leonard all that time.
