It's a very solid offer. If they threw in an unprotected future 1st I'd certainly take it if no one beats it. Though I would flip Ball to Chi who seem to have a weird hard on for him.

I'm not sure I would trade the first pick in the second round for Ball. I'm not quite sure how guys get in the league and have to immediately start over and learn how to shoot again but I don't want any of those kind of guys.
