everything wrong with today's NBA can be summed up in the stupidity-plus ending to the denver game tonight. i don't have the clip, but in case you didn't see it - nugs down by two with a few seconds left, they get a four on two fast break, murray pulls up at the three pt line (shouldn't but he did), both defenders converge on him - and ALL THREE of the other nugs go out to the 3 pt line. absolutely NO defenders in the paint - it would have been easy pass and an uncontested layup to send the game into OT. instead murray HAS to pass to one of the boobs (campazzo) out beyond the arc - who totally clanks his 3 and the nugs lose. fucking stupid ass nba ball. dumbest thing i've seen since forever.

The game before this one he had 13 points, 10 assists, and 5 rebounds. Had some big games last year as a rookie too including a 30 point game. Was a five star recruit in high school, tons of talent.

He actually finished with 27 points, 8 assists, along with a steal and a couple of blocks. If you're in fantasy, pick him up because he's going to give you Donovan Mitchell numbers to finish the season, or even better, because his length allows him to block point guards' shots.

they fell completely apart when wood went down. he's back soon and i expect they'll start to win again now and then. we have two games in a row with them about 5 games from now - i was hoping wood would still be out so that we'd have guaranteed (curse) victories. right now i will take a period of winning in any way possible to get this team out of its loser mentality. houston is still obviously beatable with wood back, but it won't be as easy. in the 9 games wood played in after harden left and before he was injured, the rockets went 5-4. since his injury, it's been 16 straight losses.
