Um........yeah............makes sense..........if you don't trade the incredibly valuable JJ expiring for the untradable Rubio deal. Yeah.LordNu wrote: ↑Sat Nov 21, 2020 6:14 pmYeah this makes a lot of sense and makes me feel there is potentially considerable upside. Thanks for the positivity!Sid Hartman wrote: ↑Sat Nov 21, 2020 10:40 am What everyone is forgetting is we now have two contracts that can be packaged to go star hunting if one becomes available. Packing Beasley and Rubio makes money part start at $32M...without these two type of deals ie if we had let Beasley walk (mind you we wouldn’t have had cap space to sign someone to a Beasley level contract) and Johnson’s contract only starting at 16 and then having to package 5 or 6 guys to make the money work completely gutting your roster. This team never was going to have huge cap space, trades is how they are going to have to live so long as KAT and DLo are on team
So there's that.

Funny that contract is untradeable (cough cough) yet it’s been traded twice in a week. Jj’s contract was going to have to be traded this off-season or by deadline to have any value, not sure what stars are going to be on block this offseason or even at deadline so you pretty much extended out that trade chip another year to next offseason. Beasley’s contract can’t be traded until March 3 at earliest so short window to package him and JJ to do a deal.Thrillkill wrote: ↑Sat Nov 21, 2020 9:10 pmUm........yeah............makes sense..........if you don't trade the incredibly valuable JJ expiring for the untradable Rubio deal. One team took him on because they knew the level of stupidity of the idiot and they could pitch him to us. He got traded for one of the most brutal contracts in the league in Paul. Same length by the way. Then we gave up a valuable expiring for his 2 year deal.Sid Hartman wrote: ↑Sat Nov 21, 2020 9:59 pmFunny that contract is untradeable (cough cough) yet it’s been traded twice in a week. It's only valuable if you have someone you can trade for it. And none of the trade we have heard about for James Johnson would have been worth it. Otherwise holding onto the contract and getting nothing out of it isn't a good option either. Essentially he traded the contract to OKC to swap picks and pick up another pick and a year of the same type of contract which expires next year. Rubio will easily be tradeable to another team if we want to shove assets in later since in 21-22 someone would take his contract if they are trading a start and need an expiring. Further we still do have cap to sign or trade for a power forward right now also with the full mid level. We also got a good stash player for next year when he is likely to come over and the additional pick for d-league development Overall the trade was pretty good.Thrillkill wrote: ↑Sat Nov 21, 2020 9:10 pmUm........yeah............makes sense..........if you don't trade the incredibly valuable JJ expiring for the untradable Rubio deal. As that Dane guy pointed out... This contract is really only a 3 year $43 million.

Right. If it’s 4/60, that will be very good news for the Wolves.Philo Beddoe wrote: ↑Sun Nov 22, 2020 9:48 am As that Dane guy pointed out... This contract is really only a 3 year $43 million.

One thing in common with these nba players; they all love fucking the same girl over and over.
Kendall Jenner dates 5 different players, Larsa pippen has fucked half the league.
You could date anyone but they always choose the leftovers. Never Understood that. I would never be with my homies ex

It's like there's some private version of Tinder filled with pro-athletes, Instagram models, influencers and other annoying, shallow celebutantes.

NBA players and trashy whores go hand in hand, always has and always will. If you go from being married to an Instagram model to a Pippen....who the fuck even notices?
