This dude is 19. Jesus H. :P
Are we sure he's not a T-2000 from Terminator 7: Wrath Of Zion?
I'm rooting for his greatness because he embodies the NBA player I grew up with.
It's been ingrained in me to hate everything Duke-y, but I like the kid. His interview after the draft last year was wonderful.

What do you think of our trade so far?

Also, who would you have selected if you hadn't traded?

It's working out I think, the 3 picks in a span of 20 should be fun
Honestly I'm surprised Booker lasted so long. I was thinking of Klay there or Middleton.

Little surprised Booker lasted that long. I was hopeful he'd make it a couple more picks.

I think I got him last year around this time but I could be wrong.

I'm not a Booker guy but was definitely the best pick here.

I'm not the biggest fan of his.. but a team with Simmons needs someone like Booker even with his shortcomings

Back to back picks, I figure Booker and a high level defender added to Giannis would have been a great mix.

With the 30th pick of the Froob Draft the Miami Heat run to the podium as fast as they can to steal Donovan Mitchell from the rest of the Froobs!

Zion Williamson
Donovan Mitchell
Yep. Me and some others were talking about this. How some didn't take him these last few picks is crazy.

That's a explosive duo you have.
Yep, when I went to sleep last night I knew I was getting sniped. There was no way Dome wasn't taking Donovan Mitchell, none. When I woke up and saw Jrue Holiday I was shocked! Thanks Dome
His defense is pretty bad, so I decided to pass on him. Great offensive player, though!

I can see that but I wouldn't be too bummed.

Good fit if you add defense but I'm just not a big Booker guy but I do think it was the best pick here.

Yup this is especially hard this year at the top. Some of those duos at the bottom of rd1 are really strong and they’ll lead off with their trios.

I wasn't planning on taking a point guard this early (or at all) with Harden on the roster, but Kemba just kind of fell in my lap and he's too good to pass up at this point. When you think about trying to build the best team for one year only, a Kemba Walker/James Harden backcourt should make you an instant contender.

I considered Kemba, but much like my concern with Towns, you are going to need to pick Bill Russell to save that defense.

Plenty of good defensive players left who would be great fits. One thing that's underrated about Kemba's game: he's finished in the top three in charges drawn the last three seasons.

4ths should have been swapped this year

I will admit, the bottom half got the better value this year but in my whole time doing this, it's the first time.

Bunch of bad picks imo in rd #1 but it shows how lacking the NBA talent pool.is with these sparse opinions.

With the 37th pick, the Boston Celtics select:

Chris Paul

It’s been snipe central out here, but one of my targets remained. The reliable, never aging, CP3. He’s a wonderful table setter for Durant and the rest of the soon to be Celtics.

Donovan Mitchell is knocking on the door as a legit franchise player with room to grow. He has offensively carried the load for a team that won 50 games and had this been a full season they win 50 again, and the won 48 his rookie year. He is an All-NBA type talent. Sorry, but you are not getting that kind of impact from Jrue Holiday any way you want to slice it!
