great pick with jamal. i was ... this close (puts fingers reaalllllly close together) to picking him with my lowry pick. super dynamic young buck and is getting better on D because he cares. wants to be great.

If it was Rube/froob board consensus with our drafts.

Murray would be a T-Pup

I've been tempted to trade up the last handful of picks for Murray.

With the 57th pick, the Boston Celtics select:

Danilo Gallinari

3 guys I'm targeting with 6 picks to go. Hope to land one of them.

I would be happy to land one as I haven't had a pick since top of rd #2 and I don't have one after rd #4 until #6.

I think swapping order at #3 was too high. #4 seems to be the sweet spot imo.

I always liked Gallo. I still find myself wondering what his career would’ve been if not for all the damn injuries.

At this stage, I bet at least two will still be there.

If that is the case, I would love to jump back in this rd but I'm out of ammo without a 5th.

Probably going to stay mostly put for the rest of this draft. Made a trade back and a trade up.

I love the Shai GIlgeous pick. I wanted to so badly pull the trigger on him at 41. but I couldn't do it. Kid's a baller.

Teams I like: SMY, and Son of yummy, SHAFA, J2J, Style, Sergeant Rubetube. Still early. So Money's team looking nice.

why thank you, ybbr. i'll pass the word on to the child. although it's looking more and more like, unless luck intervenes, i'm going to be running my center spot by committee. still doable. but concerning.

There is a log jam of good teams..

With only 20 we're all gonna be good..

Perhaps in the future we should add ghost teams or chop block a few players every round? Hate to leave good players out all together..
Maybe we do allow some owners to have a 2nd team?
25 teams would be awesome to do though to thin it out.

Not like we arent still having fun here and it is going by very fast.

i think 20 is good. and it gives you a nice picture of how cool the competition would be if the league had only 20 in it.

I think 20 isn't enough teams to do a proper "mock" NBA but the number is limited by those that want to participate.

To make it "realistic" we really should have 30 teams. But that would probably be impossible.

I’m having fun with it at 20. For a more realistic roster build in comparison to today’s NBA, then yeah we’d need to get up to 30. With not having 30 people interested, the best way to get to 30 might be having the first 15 volunteers get two teams each, pick 1-15 for order and then do that exact order for the second half of each round (1st pick gets 1/16, 2/17, 15/30) to keep collusion out of the equation.

But like I said, I like it the way it is with everyone getting one team. We could all likely do a bit of recruiting with our friends/family to get more teams next year.

Mr. Brightside seems to have the same definition of soon regarding picks as my wife does with getting ready to go somewhere.

yes, actually - help me understand the clock. what's the differentiation or meaning of the 12 hours vs. 2 hours stuff?

Tough to trade away Tobias.
But I was was between 2 guys..
Tobias might be better for Sim. But think the other guy fits my squad better lower usage and a better D guy.. Weird to trade an alpha for a beta. But he is one of the best betas in the league.
