i read the story and why would they cancel the game if two players just had the flu? that promotes a panic if that's all it is.


The Jazz announced Wednesday that center Rudy Gobert was questionable for the matchup due to “illness,” which came just days after he touched every media member’s microphone and recorder to make a point about the coronavirus. There is no reason to believe, however, that he has COVID-19. Emmanuel Mudiay was also listed as questionable with an illness.

It has a 3.4% mortality rate (mostly the old), that is going to go down over time as medical professionals adapt. Not to mention, Summer is coming and the virus doesn't do well with sunlight, heat or humidity. This is overblown, but I would rather this be used as a test case for when a REAL problem exists.

They should just ban it for a month and force everyone to stay isolated for a least 2.5 weeks. Then host a mini playoff and finals.
