Your Ideal Wolves Rotation

Post by UnFadeable21 »

Teague 28
Wiggins 32
Roco 30
Bell 24
Kat 34

Shabazz 16
Okogie 20
Culver 24

There's 32 minutes left to split between Gorgi, Layman, and Vonleh depending on the match up that night but those 8 guys are going to be in the main rotation. I like Bell next to Towns so that he can help defend and facilitate. I believe with Roco and Bell, you have two plus defenders in the opening line up. Roco a great perimeter defender and Bell a shot blocker.

I like the speed, size, and versatility of that starting 5 the best. We have an equal mix of offense and defense.

We are going to need his shooting and defense very much this season.

Teague/Wiggins/Roco/Vonleh/Towns

Napier/Culver/Layman/Bell/Dieng

starters not named Vonleh between 30-34 minutes a game. Backups get the rest with Culver getting some of Vonleh's time where Roco goes small ball 4.

No Okogie in your scenario.

Vonleh needs shots, Bell is better IMO in the opening unit because he doesn't need plays run for him. He can get hustle points and move the ball. I expect Towns, Wigs, and Roco to shoot a ton in that opening lineup.

d'oh… guess that pushes Dieng out. I've been talking too many trades scenarios with buddies about Okogie.

I don’t think Bell will start.

The rotation as a whole this year is not really a concern of mine.

I just want to see the young guys get chances to grow.

I like Bell, I think he can be our verision of Draymond. A glue guy who avg 8-8-4 with great defense.
