But I will mention association and speech are rights insofar as how the government may act against them as it pertains to the Constitution, not full natural rights as you make them to be. When you compare that to a right left to the people and people alone in the second amendment a right left outside government reach there is a difference. The right is left to the people not the government, it is under scrutiny that permits no infringement. I don't care what they use to try and justify otherwise.

And your rights extend to your nose, that is how conflicts of rights are resolved, there is always a origin to where rights begin and who is violating who's rights.
1. Rights existed before government. That is the basis of natural rights and the United States Constitution. One of the fundamental values of the US Constitution is that it was derived from The People, which means that whatever rights The People gave to the government came from a legitimate source. It is also important to note that The People is a select group of individuals that have full political rights, it is beyond citizenship. Notice that only The People created the constitution and only the rights of The People to bear arms cannot be infringed.

2. The concept of your rights only extending to your nose is idiotic. The most fundamental right, property rights, extends far beyond your nose and involves rights that such a simplistic view cannot even address. For example, what are the mineral rights to a piece of real estate? Air rights? What are your rights in transfer of the property? What are your rights with respect to intellectual property? What are your rights to defend such property? What rights to other entitites have for easements or eminent domain?

3. Extending the statement, property rights are the most fundamental rights we have. Without property rights, we are really just slaves and all of our other "rights" like freedom of speech are illusory. If you are a serf, of an individual or government, if you do not have property rights you will say whatever your Lord tells you to say.
