You guys don't see the whopper deadline transactions he's lining up for? FA is over, save two more moves. Latino Heat is in February 2020 now, playing 6D chess.

I remember when Atomic aka Swagger wanted this guy so bad in the 2014 draft because of his measurables despite a lackluster season at Indiana.

All these signings mixed with landing DeAngelo and I'd be helping Rosa's out whenever he'd want

Shouldve just had Cleveland take him for us in the Love trade in the 2014 draft instead of Wiggins.

I’m pumped. Glad rosas is making moves for the franchise. It’s about damn time. I still think there’s a big trade looming

Seems like a guy golden state could use if they move Dlo in February...

Vonleh’s actually one of those guys that’s managed to hang on longer than I expected when he came out.

In all honesty, they start to fall apart, get a 50% record, they will be forced to make the moves. They need to stay relevant for their fan base, otherwise people will go mental.

Yeah, that stood out to me too.
This is a solid pick up. How's his D. Don't know much about him outside of the draft highlights. Why did he bounce around?

i like this signing if, for no other reason, he goes a good 250 and is somewhat ripped. finally a guy on our team who can lay a little lumber to the adams and drummonds of the nba.

Honestly, I think it has a lot to do with the collection of teams he has been on, and their depth, along with him getting dinged up here and there as he just gets rolling. CHA, POR, CHI, POR, NYK. They all had bigger names up front or were a total mess in general when he was there. He's a great signing for that amount. He's got big plans for next offseason, so he's extra motivated.

This is a good read on why he's been on 4 teams already.

I think it's pretty simple, he's a one and done that was a physical marvel but who's actual basketball readiness wasn't on par though, and who probably should have stayed in school.
However, the one and done system incentivizes getting into the league as soon as possible for guys like him, and you can't blame him as he's already pocketed close to $12M without having to actually ensure results.

Now it's a player like Vonleh, who doesn't shoot enough threes for power forward and is a bit too small for center.

I don't even follow him, but a friend of mine does and he pops up constantly so I actually blocked him.

i think vonleh's career hasn't mapped out in any remarkable way. he was drafted with a reach at 9, based mostly on measureables and hope. sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't - but for those reaches that work, it's usually a matter of time. vonleh's always been a good rebounder - career 11 per 36, but other areas of his game seem to be slowly coming around. i'm hoping we got him at the right time.
