The thing with CP3 is that he is going to be paid 40+ million for 2 years after this upcoming one (I'm assuming he isn't going to decline $44 million when he is 37). I know it's a dumb band-aid we'd regret, but I'd love to see CP3 running this show. He plays an old man game anyway like Andre Miller, it ages well.

Houston doesn't have the picks to unload CP3....he's that old and expensive, that you need at least a first rounder to move him. One could argue you trade Wiggins and Dieng for he and Capela.......CC is better than Dieng, but Wiggins, while being worse that CP3 currently, won't be making 40 million at the age of 37.
