Kind of already did that. But because you hate people who disagree, you want them to repeat and do it again, and again, and again... I said how I see things, you disagree, so what? I stand by my historic takes including thinking Curry was a systems guy too which I was DEAD wrong. Why don't you offer something for once? Or just go away.
Dude be a twat if you want or you could just say who you think is going where. I don't give a shit about your "history" And why don't I offer something? Go to the draft thread it's 1/3 me. I said I have no idea how it falls in front of us and you said you knew but you won't say? Instead go full on defensive? Whatever dude.
I did and avoided the usage of "twat", wonder why people don't like you and see you as a liar. Keep it up.
Give the picks from 4-11. It's easy. Right?

Post a lie from me. Either that or you are a liar. And a crybaby, whiner. And a twat obviously.

Why not Washington? I said the same early on, but I'm not even sure why I don't like him now.

Sam Vecenie of The Athletic, a pretty plugged in draft guy and evaluator, has the Wolves taking Sekou Doumbouya at 11. He thinks he falls to us. We can dream. Him and Brandon Clarke are my realistic 1 and 2 targets for the Wolves.

Lol. We are Minnesota sports fans. What can I say.

Heads will explode here if we trade up for White and Sekou is picked at #11 or up.

I acknowledge that, but hey, H&M put my quote in his sig first--long before I quoted him--so he asked for it.

As far as I can tell, people haven't asked thrillkill (and others) to go nuts on them for making their draft thoughts known, but that hasn't stopped him (or them).

I mean seriously, he has lived up to his froobchat handle and then some this draft season.

IF we trade up for White, and Sekou is there at 11, I would be fne with that....make the move you feel is best. Not making a move and NOT getting a guy you want is far worse....

i'm waarming to the idea of sekou - but i hope everyone here realizes he's not going to be "yea, the calvary arrived" kind of addition. he'll be a bit of a project - and i wouldn't expect more than 12-13 mpg out of him next year. and if we deal saric, we'll still need a starting 4 then.

Fuck. The NBA draft thread here is one of my favorites.

I was asked to a bon fire tomorrow night and Teh Tube don't get out much so I should go. Wish it wasn't the same day.

I already told the party I won't be there until after the Wolves pick.

unless rosas hits an unmitigated undisputed home run, i don't know how else tonight won't be somewhat of a letdown. just think of all the ways to go that have been discussed. moving wiggins, moving roco, moving okogie, moving saric, moving teague - picking up d'angelo, swapping for hayward - moving up to the 4 spot - moving back for two first rounders - picking sekou, garland, clarke, little, rui, NAW, PJ, or keldon J. All of it has the makings of a crazy fire with gasoline getting poured on it - when, of course, it will just be one - maybe two - of the above, and tomorrow the big fire will look like a piece of paper being burned in an ashtray.

New POBO. Just talking about that stuff lays some groundwork. Get a gauge on how guys value ours and their own. Maybe we can use that to jump into a trade during FA. Maybe we can use it mid season. And of course the old leak game. Does anyone really think we were close to a deal for 4 yesterday? "working really hard"? That means NO throws that out while we are shopping guys like Saric around for more ammo and now you can tell Atl how close we are and they need to add to 8 and 10.

Where do I send my resume?
memyworld wrote: Thu May 30, 2019 9:51 am I still think the Wolves should trade back for a shooter like Cameron Johnson. His only knocks are age and agility, but he actually tested well athletically at the combine. As for age, I don't mind adding an experienced player who's the same age as the Wolves' best players.

For reference, here's how he stacks up to Klay Thompson, a #11 pick in the NBA Draft. It's strange to me that being two years older is pushing this dude to the late first round, early second.

Cameron Johnson | Klay Thompson

Draft Age: 23.29 yrs | 21.36 yrs
Height (w/o shoes): 6'7 | 6'5.75
Height (w/o shoes): 6'8.5 | 6'7.25
Weight: 205 | 205
Wingspan: 6'10 | 6'9
St. Vert.: 30.5 | 26.5
Max Vert: 36.5 | 31.5
Lane Agility: 10.52 | 10.99
3/4 Sprint: 3.24 | 3.24

All of the prospects in this relatively shallow draft have major flaws by the time they reach #11. If we're going to take a flawed player, I want his skill to match with the needs of the team. We haven't had a knockdown deadeye shooter in, um, well, probably forever.

The league is going to continue to trend towards shooting. Each year teams beat their previous team records with 3pt shots attempted. Next year isn't going to be any different. Herro can start off by playing an offense/defense sub combo with Okogie. Having Herro and Covington on the floor together is a nice blend of strengths and weaknesses and creates a ton of space for KAT/Wiggins.

His greatest strength is our greatest weakness.
