Thought I heard awhile back it was about 10%.

Got a second the third time I did it. Got Ja, Hawks got number one (Zion) and then couple teams in the east got three and four. That would be perfect.

Would be hard to pass on Zion for any franchise but I do think it's fairly obvious this is one those teams that would have the bigger need for Ja. Suns might be in the same boat too.

The Knicks, Cavaliers and Suns all have a 14 percent chance to get the No. 1 pick with the NBA’s lottery reformation.
