They'd pretty much have to run the table. It's a meat grinder down the stretch. They've got 2 games vs the Warriors, and 2 games vs Denver. That's 4 losses right there. Plus, games vs HOU, TOR, OKC, PHI, and POR. They might win 4 more games. That would be 36 wins for the season. Pretty much right where I had them post Butler trade.

Updated from earlier in the thread:

Based on the Wolves' current patterns (32-35), we could expect them to go 8-7 for a final record of 40-42 (Vegas Closed: 42, Vegas Opened: 44.5). I'd consider it a victory if they finish at .500.

Remaning Opponents < .500: 4
Remaining Opponents ≥ .500: 11

Home: 8
Away: 7

B2B: 3

3-Game Road Trips: 1

3-Game Home Stand: 1
4-Game Home Stand: 1

Next 5 (Current Record):

@Denver (43-22)
@Utah (37-29)
@Houston (42-25)
Golden State (45-21)
@Charlotte (30-37)

Opponents < .500: 1
Opponents ≥ .500: 4

Final 10 (Current Record):

@ Memphis (26-40)
LAC (39-29)
GSW (45-21)
Philadelphia (42-25) (B2B)
Portland (40-26)
@Dallas (27-39)
Miami (31-35)
OKC (41-26)
Toronto (48-20)
@Denver (43-22) (B2B)

Opponents < .500: 3
Opponents ≥ .500: 7

This could be 5 losses, especially if Towns sits.

Next 5 (Current Record):

@Denver (43-22)
@Utah (37-29)
@Houston (42-25)
Golden State (45-21)
@Charlotte (30-37)

Basically this tells us how stupid this franchise is...if Towns and/or Bob play, please light a match on TC.

Gotta play for that 35 million.

I don’t like it but the .org can’t say anything about it. Don’t want bad blood.

If KAT injures that knee, there will be hell to pay by someone on that staff.

It's stupid but it doesn't surprise me.

This team should be trying to lose every game it can right now too. :gun:

Spurs have won 8 in a row now in seed #6. Good for them! Thunder slipped into #5 with Blazer (minus CJ) at #4. West top 8 seeds pretty much locked up with a bit of movement possible within the those 8 seeds. Outside chance Houston can get #1 seed if GS (5-5 last 10) doesn't get Durant back soon.

The literal worst possible spot. And the Heat now a game up for 8th dropping our 2nd from the top 8 to middle of the 2nd.

Poor Glen is not going to get nearly the cash he thought when he sells those picks.
