Have Toliver backup the 4 and use Rose at 2 with Okogie at the 3.

I don't know about that. Taj guarding Simmons is made easier by the fact that Embiid and Chandler both tend to play inside. Simmons doesn't shoot outside the paint more than twice a game. With good help they should be fine. Also I think Taj would likely end up guarding Simmons anyway (unless your going to use the 6-4 Okogie with a a big wing span.)

Oh God I wish it was. I don't mind losing the game nearly as much as I mind losing Tyus. That basically ends our season. Teague is having his worst year and playing on a bad ankle. Rose is injury prone to say the least, and Bayless is so past his prime I don't see him getting signed next year.
