He can post, mid range, and three point.
That's a skill that only some players have in the league.

Anyone can get a bucket anywhere and anytime, it just will take them a lot of shots before you get a couple to go in. Sounds an awfully like Wiggins...UnFadeable21 wrote: ↑Mon Nov 05, 2018 6:41 pmThat he can go get a bucket anywhere on the court and anytime.kilkenny wrote: ↑Mon Nov 05, 2018 5:13 pmHe's never been fine. The bottom line here is that we like someone who seems to give a rats azz and plays hard all the time. Okie does and Wiggy doesn't and THAT's the way it's gonna be....
Wiggy fleeced Glen and is laughing all the way to the bank.....lazy azzed bastard.

Let me guess Okogie has more rebounds, assists, deflections than our boy Wiggy this year too?

No, probably not. Just thought Wiggins had a couple opportunities to draw a charge tonight and then Ologie actually did, so I ran the numbers.Sid Hartman wrote: ↑Mon Nov 12, 2018 10:58 pmLet me guess Okogie has more rebounds, assists, deflections than our boy Wiggy this year too?

Re: Okogie > Wiggins
At this point Okogie looks like a 5 year vet and Wiggins looks like a rookie.
I want to like Wiggins... I really do. I sit there and watch him and am like, ok, he is finally going to get it, but am constantly let down.
That charge Okogie took last night was fantastic. He came out of fucking nowhere.
Meanwhile Peterson broke down the play where Towns went for the block and Wiggins stood there like a fool and watched Towns guy drive right to the basket. He didn't even attempt to try to stop him or get in front of him.
Fuck you Wiggins.

Per 36 min.....
Stat / Wig / Okogie
Reb / 5.0 / 4.8
Ast / 2.5 / 1.8
TO / 2.0 / 1.6
STL / 1.1 / 1.6
FT's / 4.6 / 3.4
Is it worth it really? $150M?

Some nights yes, some nights no.
Give me Teague playing the way he did, with Wiggins on the floor along with Saric next to him for a bit, then we can talk.

I think Saunders will approach him about a 6th man role once Rocco is back
A no pressure Beasley type role on the team

Agree. Wasn't commenting on that. At least there's hope for Okogie who is just starting out and cheap. Wiggins is pure trash.

If I were to have to choose between the two, it would easily be Josh. Isn't that sad? Damn, what a waste Andrew is, but it was totally worth the shot since KLove didn't want to be here anymore. Glen signing him to a max is right up there with Kahn whiffing on Curry. Top 5 blunder of franchise history.

Jimmy Buckets still leading the league in game winners and still getting buckets. He was Okogie coming in. Okogie is a beast just like him and he will develop his shot even if it;s just a couple spots on the floor where he's money from 3. He will calm down and stop the forces. Other than that he gets 2 breakaway dunks off steals. A couple cuts to the rim, a vicious put back dunk, a few FT's, and your lock down 1st team defender is getting you 15-18 as well. That's a straight up winner.jodaman01 wrote: ↑Sat Feb 16, 2019 2:01 pmSounds like Okogie for the rest of career as well.flexbuffchest wrote: ↑Tue Nov 06, 2018 10:37 amAnyone can get a bucket anywhere and anytime, it just will take them a lot of shots before you get a couple to go in. If he never improves his shot, he'll never get 36mpg consistently. I'm not ripping him and expect him to improve, but right now he's a net negative most nights (Houston game notwithstanding). That's okay and to be expected of a non-elite prospect rookie.Thrillkill wrote: ↑Sat Feb 16, 2019 11:33 pmOMG seriously? The way he flies around out there? You know any coach is giving him 36. Re: Okogie > Wiggins
I think that's fine as long as his scoring is efficient. We have a scorer in Towns and can add another. Maybe RoCo will be that guy. So efficient scoring and great D will equal wins which is what we all want. Need to recreate Wiggins on this roster somewhere cause nobody is going to trade for him.Beef Supreme wrote: ↑Sat Feb 16, 2019 7:14 pmI like okogie a lot and would be surprised if he ever gets to the 15-18ppg level. He is certainly not a net negative most nights. Get your head out of the stat book. Unless of course they have new stats for diving for loose balls, or making a guy pick up his dribble in a bad spot, or hounding a guy into a reset pass, or causing a travel, or shot clock rushed shots cause by his wicked D in the 1st 10 seconds. Or steering his guy into a charge. Or 10 other little things he does.Beef Supreme wrote: ↑Sat Feb 16, 2019 11:43 pmIf he never improves his shot, he'll never get 36mpg consistently.
