TimberWolves 11th Pick
Nasser Little

Height: 6-foot-6 | Weight: 224

The former top-five recruit saw his stock drop after an inconsistent freshman season, but he has appeared to have worked his way back into the lottery with a strong pre-draft process, particularly by showing better outside shooting potential.

Little's toughness, athleticism and long-term potential will be attractive to an organization that is attempting to reboot its culture after the dismissal of head coach Tom Thibodeau and the hiring of a new decision-maker in Gersson Rosas.

I would hate the pick.

France guy goes 9th to Wizards.

Rui goes 12, PJ Wash goes 13, Clarke goes 14.

I want a guy who can potentially be the starting 4 of the future. Little would be playing behind Wigs, Roco, and Okogie.

Yea, I don't think they look at the roster, Nassir Little 19 year old guy isn't beating out our 3 main wings for minutes anytime soon.

BPA baby. If its a wing player, you make the pick. Dont act like we cant improve on the Wigs, Cov, and Okogie rotation.

Wigs has 4 years left and is the number 2 all time wolves scorer

Roco is first team all defense and has 3 years left on his deal.

They are entrenched as the starters for the long run at the 2 and 3.

Josh Okogie showed lots of promise as a very good role player in the Marcus Smart role who will play 20+ mins behind those two.

No kidding. That must mean Wiggins is better than Love (can't wait for someone to argue this)

It amuses me that you consider his status among leading scorers to be a viable anecdote in the effort to prove his worth, when in reality it only magnifies the ineptitude of a 30-year old franchise.

Nassir Little wasn’t good at UNC. He’s probably the only lottery pick whom you can look at and say almost objectively that his team was worse with him on the floor.

We do know who’s on the team which is why most of us aren’t afraid to upgrade, or at least add significant talent, at the wing.

You need to come to grips with the idea that fit is not the only consideration when making a draft pick.

Nope. Little and Sekou are the only players worth taking at 11. Would love this pick, would love Sekou too.

It could be, but I think I'd be in favor drafting Little. He was a big in high school that struggled as a wing on college. If and when he improves his outside shot, I think he will be a good one.

Nevermind that there’s this thing called YouTube now. You can watch all the scouting videos you want. They show strengths and weaknesses, both. But hey, thrillkill thinks Jerry West watches every college game.
