I might still have my 3dfx Voodoo 3000 too!

Really not worth using. I gave mine to some kids who needed a PC but I upgraded it to Win 10. Even as a media center it would struggle as it may need to decode, transcode, etc.

If you want some storage, better to get a stand-alone NAS device. You can store everything, use it as a media server and you can even open it up to the web so you can retrieve stuff away from home. I've got two.
