YBBR's 2018 games

1. God of War
2. Dead Cells
3. Monster Hunter: World
4. Red Dead Redemption 2
5. Marvel's Spider-Man
6. Hollow Knight Voidheart Edition
7. Yoku's Island Express

Had a lot of fun with all these games. I will pick up Hitman 2 when that drops in about a week too.

The Spiderman game for PS4 was a pleasant surprise. Expected it to be dumb, but it was highly entertaining.

RDR2
GoW
Forza Horizon 4
Stardew Valley
Wolfenstien II: The New Collossus

Games I haven't bought yet but I'm pretty sure I'd like:

Far Cry 5?
Fallout 76?
Spiderman?
Did you finish God of War, Abe? I really enjoyed that game.

This.
It's been 32 years since one of MN's four major sports teams has been to the Championship/Superbowl.
Every single year is failure until we win one. 4 teams, 32 years. That's roughly 128 consecutive failed seasons.

Technically, financially wise, it was the game of the year. But I can't remember the last time I played it. I don't think it since week 3 of season whatever we are in.

This makes me legitimately angry because NO. If we were going to go this route it would be PubG.. because without them Fortnite wouldn't exist.

But Fortnite is better in every way.

I've been underwhelmed this year. GoW was a fun game but nothing special. That's probably near the top of my list.
Haven't play RDR2 yet.

Here's my revised list of 2018's best games I played this year.

1. God of War
2. Dead Cells
3. Hitman 2
4. Red Dead Redemption 2
5. Monster Hunter: World
6. Marvel's Spider-Man
7. Hollow Knight Voidheart Edition
8. Yoku's Island Express
9. Into The Breach

I think all of these were really good to great to even outstanding games. Nothing really meh or pretty good in here.

I picked up Thronebreaker but I feel like I'm going to get to that more next year.

How I feel too. I started it, but I am not drawn to go back over other games.

I almost bought it over the weekend, but held off. I'll probably have to pick it up sometime here though since you guys keep bragging it up and shit.
I get the feeling you're' really into open worlds and exploration and the like. This game is not that. The controls and feel of the game are just superb though. Extremely tight and precise combat. If you want something that plays super tight...this game plays tighter than that. You can flow like the Tigris river and be just as unstoppable.
