Bulldog for me as well. Know the owner Ken from back when he was a UMD student making pizza deliveries to make ends meet. Back then it was 'Whistle Stop' pizza but Ken bought the original owner out (the original location was across Woodland, where the liquor store now is) and over the course of 30+ years built into what it is now. Used to sit back at The Reef on tuesday nights when he'd do karayoke. Always chose a Blue Oyster Cult song.

Hate to say it, but, way way too many city kids on the roster who no nothing about grinding and fighting. Sorry, kids from Edina or Eden Prarie will not cut it.
Had a few spurts there where they definitely picked up the pace but MSU playing stifling defense and our boys can't get a stinkin shot through to the net. NINE shots through 2 periods.....ARE YOU KIDDING ME??

WOW!! Hats of Minnesota State since they (and MInn-Duluth and St Cloud State) actually look like a Divison 1 Hockey team and deserve more local and national recognition. Gophers are a flat out embarrassment again--for how many years in a row????
The program is in good hands with Motz. Not gonna pile on like some haters here and although the boys didn't get the Frozen Four it's been a really nice season. Will be interesting as always to see how many underclassmen leave, but if most stay it'll be a fun 2021-22 season. Feel bad for those leaving that they had to play their last year with da covid.....

only a bemidji state win away from an all minnesota frozen four. need to keep these five schools in four different regions going forward to see if that ever might happen. need UMD to win to set up the all minnesota championship game.
