SO strange havin these mid-seek games but since there is no NHL I am LOVING IT! Bummer about this series is that both teams will be missing 3-4 of their top players as they are involved in some junior games. Goals might be hard to come by for our Golden Boys as their smooth skatin young d-men will not be in action.

7-0!! Rodents with their 7th straight W to start the season in a solid 3-1 victory. Incredible that the boys have not trailed in a game so far this season....not even once. It will be interesting to see how they respond when they do trail, as it's a lot easier playin ahead then playin from behind!!

Bummer they didn't get the sweep or any help from WI and didn't win the regular season, but 20-6 with a young team isn't a bad result. And with the rest of the games being played on the smaller sheet the Gophers are 9-1 on the road so far this season.
