Hopefully this damn Packer game ends before the Gophers game.
Have to see if GB gets their #1 seed spoiled though.

11 games is pretty quick to call it quits. I'm guessing he's going to have to transfer to a smaller school to get immediate playing time.HeHateMe wrote: ↑Sun Jan 03, 2021 4:54 pmNo patience... I was checking the score online and it said 3rd and 51 for Chicago. Was that a typo?Sergeant Rubetube wrote: ↑Sun Jan 03, 2021 5:37 pm Hopefully this damn Packer game ends before the Gophers game.

All we needed to do was bear Chi at home and we would be in. AZ lost all their games.Hoop Dreams wrote: ↑Sun Jan 03, 2021 5:49 pmI was checking the score online and it said 3rd and 51 for Chicago. Do you think there's a chance Robbins tests the NBA waters if he keeps playing well?HeHateMe wrote: ↑Sun Jan 03, 2021 4:54 pmNo patience... Gach and Carr probably aren't around next year.jffl_commish wrote: ↑Sun Jan 03, 2021 3:00 pm Probably decided he'd like to actually play once in a while.

Great W today. Robbins is really coming on. What a difference from the first few games. If Gabe can finally be back to being a dangerous shooter, everything changes.

Re: Gophers 2020-2021 Season
The Gophers are 43rd in the first official NET Rankings. I thought they'd be higher with wins over Iowa (7), Saint Louis (12), and Ohio State (28). Gotta win some road games I guess.
Colgate, who is 1-1, is 27 spots ahead of us. Flawed rankings for sure.

100%. Go through the draft process and see what the feedback is.... I'd expect Gach to do that again too. Carr is for sure gone.Hoop Dreams wrote: ↑Sun Jan 03, 2021 8:33 pmDo you think there's a chance Robbins tests the NBA waters if he keeps playing well?HeHateMe wrote: ↑Sun Jan 03, 2021 4:54 pmNo patience... Would Gach go overseas before coming back to school? He's obviously nowhere near ready to play in the NBA. The G-League is questionable as well.HeHateMe wrote: ↑Mon Jan 04, 2021 9:29 am100%. Weird to not have you calling for Pitino's head or talking about how shitty the players are.

Robbins is the best true center since........? John Thomas? I consider Oturu a 4/5 combo... he certainly didn't have the height Robbins has.

My life time? I'm 48. John Thomas was a role player, I doubt ever went for 25 plus again Ohio State. He was a more 8 points 7 rebounds guy.

They aren't too far off in win shares. Hagen was unbelievable (advanced stat wise) his senior year.
