Purdue vs Gophers

The rims are "NBA tightened" in this gym. I think this plays to our advantage.

Tight rims. You can either adjust or not.

Grimm and Tollackson broke this advantage down.

I didn't get to see any, but good win. In for sure now. Are they maybe knocking on the door of the dreaded 5-12 matchup now?

No. Even if they win the tourney, they won't move above a 6th seed.

I'd be shocked to see them get above an 7. I think they're probably on the 8/9 line right now. Even winning out, they're not going to pass that many teams. Lots of good teams in that range.

8-9 is a bitch. While it's a winnable game, there's an 800-lb. gorilla lurking in round 2.

Yeah, but fuck it. Win that one and you've got a legit shot at the Final 4. Might as well get the tough one out of the way early.

Lunardi has the gophers as a 9 seed playing UCF. I think if they beat Mich today they could be a 7 seed, but that doesn’t matter much because we were initially a 10 seed before the b10 tournament started.

It would be kind of fun to see them play Duke in the second round. Gonzaga too, are they still forecasted as a #1?
