Yes, he hasn't officially announced but I've said on here MANY times Evan Daniels has said time after time he will be back. Evan is locked in.

Pretty solid looking recruiting class.
Past history says there is always a chance someone could head out.... but Carr will be back... Kalscheur is in place, Mashburn and Mitchell are moving on campus soon. All three big transfers are signed.

Now it's a waiting game on the waiver stuff for Robbins and then Gach.

Pretty good lineup though on paper!
Pretty good? Stop underselling to these whiny chumps. Just added the best transfer class in the country by a stretch and it's a bad thing? Good recruiting class a bad thing too? What a loser for coaching Oturu into a lotto pick. What is he a moron? All these other guys will probably be good and then leave too.

Look forward to all you pussies watching the last 5 Big ten games of our championship and claiming you were on board from the jump.
They have a good team next year if everyone can play.. how good I don't know.. will they win the big ten? I doubt it... I don't follow the other teams close enough though to know who is coming in, who is coming back etc... I focus on the Gophers what they have coming in and what they're looking at down the line in future classes.... I focus more on potential recruits and learning about them versus other big ten teams. There will naturally be plenty of competition next year but the big ten was really good this past year and the Gophers can 100% finish in the top half of the league next year if things work out. I'm very nervous about Robbins getting eligible because the Gophers normally have not had great success with waivers. Joey King got one but his brother had cancer and he lived in Eagan. Gach should get one, Robbins I don't know..

WIthout Robbins they can still make the tournament. I think they'd need a healthy Eric Curry playing 15 minutes a night though.

This is good, although I think I was thinking of Oturu when I replied earlier.

Transfer Portal Biggest Winners:

1) Minnesota – Richard Pitino and the Gophers added a couple of starters — as long as Liam Robbins (14.1 ppg, 7.1 rpg) and Both Gach wind up getting waivers from the NCAA to play this season (which should happen). The 7-foot Robbins, the nephew of Minnesota assistant Ed Conroy, is a major impact guy, as is Gach, who averaged 10.7 points last season for the Utah Utes. Gach should get the waiver because he transferred back closer to home.

Gophers will be legit this year. Robbins is a quality big man, add in Both Gach, Johnson, Gabe and Carr. Stacked.

Johnson is a good rebounder, 6'8" I think. Should help for a year until Mitchell is ready.
